Apples - high in soluble fibers, especially pectin that help lower cholesterol.  Another type of soluble fiber absorbs water from the intestinal tract and helps to prevent constipation. Biting and chewing an apple stimulates the flow of saliva, which reduces tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria in the mouth.

Apricots - are a rich source of beta carotene, Vitamin C, iron and potassium.  Beta carotene is useful in treating failing eyesight, sluggish live and lungs that have been contaminated with second hand smoke.

Banana - a good source of Vitamin B5 and C, and potassium.  Ripe bananas have been helpful in healing gastritis, diverticulitis as well as heartburn and hiatal hernia.

Blackberries - contain ellagic acid, which is believed to help prevent cancer and alleviating hypertension.  A good source of potassium which helps to bring down elevated blood pressure.

Blueberries - contain anthocyanin, which has been known to help intestinal bacteria and may help urinary tract infections.  The juice is also beneficial for gout.

Cherries - a good source of Vitamin C.  Cherry juice is a very effective blood cleanser and helps to get rid of acne and other skin conditions.  It is also an effective agent for reducing join pain and inflammation.

Cranberries - contain bioflavinoids which help to protect eyesight and help prevent cancer.  The juice helps to alleviate urinary tract infections.  The juice may also be good for an under active thyroid.

Grapefruits - contain bioflavinoids that help protect against cancer and heart disease. Valuable aid in dissolving inorganic calcium deposits formed in the cartilage of the joints.

Limes - are high in bioflavinoids and other antioxidants which help prevent against cancer and other diseases.  Lime juice (diluted in a little water and sipped slowly) helps to relieve muscle aches and cramps associated with influenza.

Mango - an excellent source of Vitamin C and E, potassium and iron.  Mango juice is beneficial for swelling, inflammation, fever, pain and gastro-intestinal problems.

Melons - most melon varieties are high in bioflavinoids that help protect against cancer

Nectarines - high in pectin.  Also a rich source of beta carotene, potassium and Vitamin C.  Nectarine juice has been beneficial for those who suffer from muscle twitching.

Oranges - a source of Vitamin C, beta carotene and potassium.  It also contains bioflavinods which help prevent or retard tumor growth

Papaya - a source of Vitamin A and C and potassium .  Papaya contains the enzyme Papain which helps to break down protein

Passion Fruit - a source of beta carotene and potassium.  The juice is beneficial for urinary inflammation as well as providing relief from chronic sore throat.

Peaches - a source of Vitamin A and C and potassium.  High in pectin which helps to lower high blood cholesterol.

Pears - a good source of Vitamin C, potassium and iron.  Pear juice will help to relieve intestinal discomforts, including morning/motion sickness.
